The Sass Vamps offers a 3 month warranty on all products with proof of purchase. This applies to manufacturing faults - but excludes wear & tear & will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
Refunds are available if you change your mind, for all full-priced items excluding earrings, due to hygiene purposes. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 business days of you receiving the order and must include proof of purchase when returning.
The Sass Vamps do not offer refunds on any sale items.
Items must be returned in their original condition, box included. Once The Sass Vamps has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
The Sass Vamps reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event we have made an error.
Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by The Sass Vamps. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your The Sass Vamps receipt once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items to The Sass Vamps in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and The Sass Vamps will not be held accountable.

The Sass Vamps will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
