I haven't heard back from the customer service team, have they received my enquiry?
We hope you understand that our team can be extremely busy at times, please allow up to 24hours for a reply, although we will try and respond to you as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian and New Zealand orders should take 7-10 business days.
All other international orders should take 10-14 business days.
You will be able to keep an eye on your order with the tracking number which will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, you will be sent a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

If I no longer like my purchase, can I return it for a refund or an exchange?
TSV allows you to exchange or request a refund on all full-priced items. Refunds and exchanges exclude earrings (this is due to hygiene reasons) and sale items.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied.

What payments do TSV accept?
TheSassVamps accept both Credit and Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

What if an item I really love is out of stock? Will The Sass Vamps restock this?
Some of our items can be extremely popular and sell out quickly, you will be informed via email if we bring these back in stock.

What if I receive a faulty item from The Sass Vamps?
TheSassVamps offers a 3 month warranty on all products with proof of purchase. This applies to manufacturing faults - but excludes wear & tear & will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty itemplease notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at customercare@thesassvamps.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect itemWe will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Can my delivery be sent to a POBox?
Yes! Absolutely.

How do I know that any personal information I share on The Sass Vamps website is kept confidential?
The Sass Vamps take customer privacy extremely seriously. Any personal information given in relation to signing up to our Newsletters, or through the check out process will not be shared with or available to any third parties or organisations.
